The Florida Chapter of The Fellowship or Worship Artists offers three distinct scholarship offerings each year.
The first scholarship opportunity, The Grant K. Pulen Music Scholarship, is for college students majoring in music that have a passion for serving as worship leaders in their local church or campus ministry. This $2,000 annual scholarship is awarded during the final concert at our Annual Church Music Workshop and is named after Grant K. Pulen, an early Florida Fellowship member who encouraged youth and college students to pursue higher education, especially in the field of music ministry.
Our other two scholarships are for first-time Adult & Youth Workshop attendees. Our Memorial Scholarship for first time youth workshop attendees awards one deserving youth a "full ride" to workshop, covering both their registration and room & board fees. This scholarship is in memory of Florida Fellowship members that are no longer with us, but were advocates of our youth workshop. Our Rosie-Jean Scholarship for first time adult workshop attendees covers the registration fees for a first time adult attendee. The Rosie-Jean Scholarship is names after two wonderful ladies, Rosie Langdale & Jean Bennett, who loved our workshop and who had a welcoming spirit.
The deadlines for these scholarships are May 15th of each year.
