2020 REFUND POLICY

**UPDATED AS OF March 23, 2020.**

 Please feel free to register for our summer Workshop & Music Camp with the confidence that...

1)  In the event of a cancellation by the Florida Chapter, or Warren Willis Conference Center
ALL monies will be refunded in full.  

2)  
If YOU are required to cancel after you have registered,
ALL money will be refunded up until May 29th at 10:00PM.
If you cancel AFTER May 29th at 10:00PM
​ WE WILL be able to refund the registration portion of your fee,  but NOT the room and board.
We are committed to Warren Willis for a specific number after that date.

 (The Florida Chapter of The Fellowship of United Methodists in Music & Worship Arts is exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  We are further classified as a public charity.  This means that the Chapter can receive contributions that are tax deductible under section 170 of the code.  We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests,  transfers, or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the code. )
